Mitt Romney essentially made Obamacare as Romneycare in his own state, there was like 3% uninsured (check that%, pure memory, but it was low), Pres just added 2 points and took the rest of the plan. Real slick by Obama honestly, republicans had to hate their plan becoming obsolete and Obama getting the credit. 😂 They perpetuated that don't get me wrong, but people still don't know it's the ACA. I mean some kid keeps stealing your homework and turning it in, you gotta be tempted to screw with em right? That's this whole "we need to move right" thing isn't it? I wouldn't be suprised if that's happened more than would appear since gore 😅 I don't know much about that time. I mean incredibles had a medical insurance boss fight, literally. Like he wasn't a super, only survived via a "for families" intent and plaster. Everyone loved that. 😅 But maybe ceo's just didn't speak up then. It's just amazing the extent of how stagnant some things have been. That's the last appearance of pushing for change. I mean claim denials pretty much made it still a boon-neutral for our medical middle men. Yeah prior conditions, but also incredible market saturation. With full saturation, the only way to keep increasing value is then to increase price, or pay out less... Or both We require cooperations to seek profits and allow bribery... It just adds up.
