You should react to the original series tv show. Don Adams as Agent 86 and Barbara Feldon as Agent 99. The TV series lasted for 5 seasons with 138 episodes and it was hilarious!

The reason why Cher wore that Bob Mackie outfit. She was snubbed by the Oscar's when she was THE best actress that year. She knew it. Only a couple singers are that good. Her, dolly maybe bette? I always thought Cher was a better actress than singer. Good singer but maybe it has to do with being an entertainer all around since the variety show

No, the ISS does not get hit by high velocity space debris. Ever! lol If it did, it would have a hull breach, vent it's atmosphere into space and the inhabitants would die instantly... It is in close orbit to Earth and Earth is a good sized terrestrial planet that has mostly cleared it's orbital neighborhood. However small meteorites are constantly being burned up in Earth's atmosphere. I think you have a big misconception of the vastness of space, which was kind of the whole point of this movie...

This is such a fantastic movie! Kate Reid is the star of the movie to me, her character was such a fun and flawed character! The radiation would be like a double caffeine shot to Andromeda!

The most intriguing part of the movie is how it enphesize on human advancing in all departments beside their own psychology, the spaceship did everything it's built and programmed to do, arrived on the planet centuries ago, but the humans lost their minds along the journey and resulted in all this disaster, we focus so much on advancing enough to leave this planet but rarely focus on how that will affect us mentally as humans.

It is 6 different eras, but it is ONE story. That is what makes it great. One of the elements that unifies the story, is the score. The way it crescendos across 3 or more eras just leaves me weeping

Sounds interesting. Lucky. If I were there, I'd go with you. Something IS likely Bad about that house. Maybe you're more in tune with the things beyond what's known, Kyle. I'm not personally, but it could be well you're picking something up. Do you know anyone who lives there? Because people can put on a show. What appears to be a family that gets along when you're there, could go at each other when you're not. Bound to attract something that isn't good, so some mediums say. I don't know. But I'm just saying maybe you're right. But if you're like me, eventually fear could turn to curiosity. And that's okay. It's okay to be curious, and to want answers. If you go back, do some investigating if you're up to it.

The end of the review nails what either came from budgetary restraints or from actual intention but either way is a positive for the movie -- the lack of supernatural effects within camera. While some viewers might complain "nothing HAPPENS in this movie!" as Kyle said there is nothing in this film that breaks the suspension of disbelief. There's nothing that isn't possible within this world other than maybe the intention of hiking south with a compass and ending up back at your starting point. And with everything being at least plausible one way or another there is nothing to point at as "oh it's just a movie." Obviously if someone goes into this with the intention of not playing along they won't be frightened, but that's the case for campfire ghost stories as well (what I would relate this to the most.) The one thing I notice when watching it, and I think it was a constraint of filming and permitting, is that they don't build any sort of fire at any of their camping locations. Now they excuse it the first night with it pouring, but by the time things are getting creepy I'd be looking for a way to make the biggest bonfire I could one way or another. Either to bring light and ward off bad things, and/or to signal for help. By the time you think you're being terrorized by a witch or psycho people that seems like a good excuse to start a forest fire.

The primary solution for asteroid deflection is to smack an impactor into it. Comets are a whole different beast though because they would often be detected 1-2 years in advance and many of them are larger than 1 km across. It would take a long time to intercept the comet, if orbital mechanics even allow us to reach it before it impacts us and by the time we reached it, there might not be enough time left to deflect it using a small impactor. It might just be that using one or more nukes to deflect it could be our only chance, even if it also could result in a fragmented mess that hits us anyway. In any case, we should really have the cave solution prepared too. The hard reality of it all is that at this time, we have no established and tested solution for dealing with a 10+ km wide comet detected with like 2-3 years notice.

Yeah the Autism stuff is out of pocket, it’s a neurological disorder not a disease, it can’t be cured because it’s how the individual’s brain is wired. Saying Autism can be cured is like saying Dyslexia or ADHD can be cured, their life long conditions that can only be managed, medication can help with things like ADHD, but you can’t rewire someone’s brain

Just to be clear they broke up because she wasn’t ready to start a family and wanted to focus on her job, he created a copy that made the opposite choice. Was it unethical and a complete and total invasion of her privacy, yes. However the situation with the kid specifically isn’t that different from a woman getting pregnant and the breaking up with the father without telling him. Then years later the father finds out and suddenly people expect him to be a part of the kids life

I absolutely loved the line, "Did somebody cut the blue wire?". That may have been the funniest line, situationally speaking, in an episode filled with funny. Also, the choice of Eve of Destruction as the theme song for Irving's crew was a master stroke.

In my case, it was when I got my engineering degree. I began to realize that the techno-babble wasn't consistent with actual physical reality. This show, however, was pretty good about its use of techno-babble, and their use of scientific precepts was more grounded in reality, or at least an extension of reality, than most shows. They were also more character driven than techno driven. That helped. We saw the science through Jack's eyes rather than the scientific people's eyes. A note. Joe Morton, Henry, if you will, was the guy Dr. Miles Dyson from the 2nd Terminator film. He played many other roles as well, but that was a biggie for him. Also, the guy that played the sheriff was Maury Chaykin. He was Nero Wolfe in the A&E Nero Wolfe Mysteries. He was also in the film Mr. Destiny starring Jim Belushi. Chaykin played the contractor for Belushi's character. He was the landlord in the Gena Davis vehicle Hero. He has been in a wide array of films and TV shows. I just mentioned some of his highlights. I heartily recommend the Nero Wolfe Mysteries to you. Whether you are a fan of mysteries or not, this is a great watch. Tim Hutton as Archie Goodwin and Maury Chaykin as Nero Wolfe are both exceptional. They also do the show with an unusual casting profile. They do it as more like a repertory company than a standard show. They have their main cast that remains constant. That's about 9 roles. The rest of the cast shifted around. You may have been the victim in one episode and the killer in the next. That made it a little more fun. That and David Suchet playing Hercule Poirot, Agatha Christie's Belgian detective. Those are probably the two best translations to the small screen of the mystery genre. I suggest them to you highly.
