The weight you can row is not nearly sufficient to train your glutes, hamstrings or lower back. Better to just row and RDL separately.

I understand your point, and you're right that the weight used in an RDL to row may not be sufficient to fully train the glutes, hamstrings, or lower back. However, the exercise description states that it 'targets' these muscles, not that it's intended to fully train them. Targeting a muscle means it's still activated and engaged, even if it's not the primary focus. Additionally, exercises often serve multiple purposes, and the RDL to row can still be a valuable addition to a well-rounded workout routine.

I've just passed the NASM CPT exam and thinking to organize similar bootcamps with several neighbors, but I am struggling with the training plan specifically. Do you follow the training plan provided in the NASM book like the one in the Appendix. Appreciate your advice!

Yes! When I first started that was the perfect guide for me -my NASM book! As time went on and gained more information & naturally started getting better with my training plans. Good luck! Just make sure you start and start soon!!!💪🏾💪🏾
