I missed this one as I’ve just had a vitrectomy and was in hospital . No working out for me for a short while but I’m going to second post-op Tuesday and I will inquire about standing only with low impact. Si u will do what I can. Keeping head up,all the time… even lifted while sleeping. So All Standing will be my Go To. I’ll do what I can in your workouts Holly… also very low impact of course. No mat at all. This one I can do but not with any added « weights » 😉 but I love your added weight today 😅. I enjoyed watching this workout. I’ll do it in a few days without weights or impact… slow pace. Thanks Holly! ❤❤❤❤

Hi Holly! I just had a vitrectomy (major eye surgery - diabetic retinopathy) yesterday and was told by surgeon that I cannot do any fitness at all… not even indoor walking… for 10 days!!! I’m so afraid of losing vision completely and also of losing my toned muscular lean body!!!! What to do? Salads for ten days… My life is fitness as you well know (you know I was with you since prior to even the Platform years, tested PD App, etc. So other than journaling (which I do daily since living abroad in 2094, writing hand-written letters to friend in England, reading out of the pinhole vision I have in left eye, I’m going to go nuts! I’m permitted to prepare meals, so made a huge salad today plus a veggie soup. Don’t know how I’ll go for 10 days like this. Just needed to vent here. xxx

I'm doing this every day for a month! Day 1✅This was way more challenging than I thought😅(I did this twice. Day 2✅ my arms are sore, but I still felt the burn. Day 3✅ I kept my arms up the whole time! Day 4✅I did this 3 times to see faster results!

Guyss ok wish me luck lol I did Chloe's 2 week shred 2019 twice but i didnt really see much results besides building some stamina haha Please work for meee Holly 30 DAY HOLLY CHALLENGE: I will try to eat in a deficit too of like 400 calories (so like eating 1600 calories) but lol I will write Deficit if I did... it's hard aha Routine: Jumping Jacks (10mins), Standing Abs, Slim Legs 7mins, 1 Week Flat Stomach, Jumping Jacks (10mins), 10min Cooldown (Chloe Ting) DAY 1: done DAY 2: done + Deficit DAY 3: done Day 4: done (guys I wont lie sometimes I die in-between the workouts and stop in-between for like a few secs but I always try again IT'S SO HARDDD) Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done (um omg holly highlighted my comment I'm so happy i died, also guys um watch her hw to engage video cause damn ngl my stomach feeling flatter) Day 8:
