Thank you for sharing. I'm not a mother yet but I have so much love and respect for all mothers, especially single ones. You work so hard and do so much!! Yay to going out and doing what fills you ❤

Good evening Holly! I am very sorry about your situation at the moment. You are fabulous. Anyway, I wanted to say I absolutely agree with you regarding actually going out (and the act of getting ready to go out too) makes you feel much more social and much more like being sociable than just thinking about it at home. Keep up your excellent work on your channel! :0)

Oh gosh Holly I had no idea you are now a Single Mother! I must have missed this announcement? I’m so sorry… unless you are happy about this… I’m sending you loads of love 💕💕💕! Well done on getting on with life and making the most out of the time with your kids! xxxx

Awww thanks Denice! Nooo I didn't announce anything, I've kept it super private, didn't really feel right too but I'm in a good head space now so happy to share my current life! that's why I lost so much weight prior. It's been emotional for sure and alot to process but we're co parenting super well, still care and respect one another and my focus are the kids kids and myself ❤️❤️ xxx

I too recently became a single mother a few months ago. I have a 1 year old son who experiences special needs and am due to give birth to my daughter any day now! It’s crazy to think how I will manage it all, but like you, I make sure we still have fun and get out! It’s the little things and the children enjoy it/ need it as much as we do ❤

Thank you! This was the reason for all the weight loss last year, been definitely going through it but I'm getting better. Yess it's in the air for sure, really sad. But the kids and I have a great routine, we're healthy and I'm becoming more social ha

This is actually the correct way. Most fitness guys do reverse leg raises. A crunch is about brining your pelvis and rib cage together.

Will have to do this 2-3 times a day ❤ definitely gives the burn 🔥and sweat 💦

Oh god lol I just tried this and at the 3/5/7 minutes in, I dropped my arms for just 2 seconds and got back into it straight away. My arms are definitely burning !!! I'm 6 months pregnant as well and I'm getting married in 7 months so gotta get my arms started now!!. I'm now sweating so much just from that hahaha

❤❤❤❤ Haha - I feel this way a lot too Holly! I LOVE this! ❤❤❤❤ In fact, my hubby Daniel and I dance around like this a lot in the evenings when we are workout out together! He has that window of opportunity late in the evenings just prior to tucking into bed.

Beautiful! Motherhood is hard and certainly not glamorous often--yet the hardship is so worth it. It springs into JOY! My 4 babies are all grown up now and having babies of their own. 😊 That is one place I find my JOY. Keep on Keeping on, Holly! 🎉👏🏼🤗
