Love this workout!! Great!! Love the ab videos. A couple requests: PLEASE add a timer countdown for each move and PLEASE add a preview of the next move. It really helps me.

Love love love this! No planks (every time you have planks I say Holly hates me 🤣) , and I felt the burn straight away! I will add the 5 minute ab blast to this as I love that one even though it has side planks! ❤
