Im going to try your recipe for my daughter who needs gluten free bread. you said not to leave any of the mix on the mixer blade but when you poured the batter into the tin you didnt use your spatula to scrape out the bowl, it would have been better shown for new viewers.

Very great video but I'm curious, you said that you strain the stock but what if the bird still has a lot of meat on it? is that usable? I ask because I could drain the stock and still could make a good turkey soup after

Try to get as much meat off of it before you make the stock, once the meat is simmering for hours it will be tough. So, remove the meat before you make the stock. Thanks!

I made it last week in my blender (because my mini processor has no power enough for the dates), I loved that recipe SO MUCH that I had to buy a more powerful processor.
