We need to definitely increase hiring rates for postal police, as well as the pay. They are too important to be as understaffed and marginalized as they are. As a mail carrier, this is absolutely vital and I see it everyday, the lack of patrols for street level crimes at the post office. Us mail carriers are being robbed, stabbed, and shot at record levels.

The system needs overhaul. The current system does not work when it comes to removing employees who are not performing. However at Will employment is not the answer, this would create a revolving door with every election where parties change. All employees will be fired and then the crony’s will be hired.

TSA is Woke. I checked in for inspection in OhHare , Chicago wearing a black cap with american flag and blue line logo w/c symbolizes support for the men in blue and while entering the x-ray machine, I saw one agent signaling another to put me asside and manual search me. The agent doing the search was taking his sweet long time trying to embarrass me just for wearing a support the police cap. Beware when you go tru O' Hare Airport Chicago for the TSA woke agents.

The Department of Veteran's Affairs failed me, betrayed my trust and then forgot I even existed. I lost all confidence in them. As God is my witness, I swear I'll die before setting foot in another facility seeking help. They just made things worse by giving me hope they would ever actually do anything positive for me.

Multiple reasons 1) you have to apply to 90 to get an interview even if "highly qualified" 2) pay is 30% lower than private sector which is detrimental in coastal cities 3) the idea that you have to "start over" on things like time off (really?!) 4) lack of flexibility/telework options.

How many VN veterans have given up filing claims relating to AO exposure? I'm sure the number is very high and just one more slap in the face similar to what we received when we returned from SE A so many years ago. You can read posts from vets on many videos here on KZbin and it just breaks your heart reading one story after another of the heartless treatment veterans receive for serving their country .
