Great question, I try to keep the sugars as low as possible daily. Get sugar from natural foods like fruits, not added. But I will say, a small amount here and there is not going to hurt you, just keep it tracked!

💯 My old bf who did it for several years at that point, when I started my own journey into getting healthy "Do it in a way that you love, than it can become a routine, motivation fades and you're never gonna be satisfied it's human nature. Work with it not against it. Do what you love. Eat what you love. And above all else listen to your body." Albeit he started cause he had to for the health risk and I started cause I wanted to feel better about myself. There are still days where I feel like shit and beat myself up over it and don't get enough sleep. But when I see myself now and who I was just a year ago. It's like a different person to me.
