Have you removed the outer intake case off, I've tried remove to check oil build up but it won't release, undone all bolts etc am I missing something thx

Hey man I have a 2021 Z H2 and it has a reservoir under the left fairing by the oil pan. It has oil in it and the manual says to drain it, but where is it coming from?

if you have oil in it check your oil level must be between mini and maxi (4.3l exatly) otherwise you will get detonation and could damage your engine especially if it's tune as they raise ignition timing up top

How did the bike feel after the flash? I have a 2023 Z H2, still breaking it in but once that’s over with I plan on changing the exhaust, air filter and getting an SLR tuner.

Great video. I’m a visual learner so I appreciate your video. Just like you I’ll be doing part 1 on Saturday since my handheld device comes in the mail tomorrow. I just had a question about the wait, so I guess I’ll be waiting till after the weekend for them to send back the file as well. Is it okay to ride the bike while I wait? Or do I just need to wait until the whole process is complete?

This is such a pain in the a**!!! I've had handheld flashers for all my vehicles and this is by far the most annoying PITA to use!!! I can't even flash my bike right now because I can't get past the tiny url crap I am horrible with computers and have no clue how to get the computer part of this done I get stuck on that website bs I am beyond irritated rn

It looks like the muffler sits very close to the swingarm. Does it clear the swingarm spool when the rear suspension is under full compression?

Hi Carl, can you tell me if at the end, the OEM map and the SLR map are present on the MyGenius device so that you can revert to OEM whenever you want ? or do you need to ask again SLR people to send you back the OEM map or some other action. Good video BTW :) Oh and what are your feelings about the SLR map finally?

Thank you for this video . I flash my bmw slr too.. the good thing with the bmw u don't need USB to give power to the handheld. One you connect to the bike turn on

Be sure it’s on a charger not just a trickle charger. If the power drops you will brick your ECU

Since there is a bit more airflow you do hear more of the air rushing into the motor but in all honesty the muffler made the most noticeable sound change, but then again with a full face helmet on and the fact the business end of the muffler is pointing away from you when your riding it’s not that loud. But is sounds good. With the SLR tune you also get a gear to gear POP that’s fun!

From what I understand the process is the same, however be sure to follow the directions they send you in the email. Some make and models maybe slightly different but the concept is the same.

@@CarlitosCustoms thankfully in my case it was the same. I paused and read the directions you had and there was no difference. The major help I needed was the computer stuff. I may be in my 20’s but idk a damn thing about them.

Fair play to you. I didn't trust myself to do this so had it done by a local dealer then set up on a Dyno. Went from 170bhp at the back wheel to 217bhp. It's now got a lovely smooth on/off throttle response AND mind warping performance.

Did u have to use the module for the tailgate light bar do to having rear parking sensors and or BLIS?

I used a inline plug kit for the factory 7 pin towing harnesses and used that to power the rear led light strip and the white wire is constant power to run the light strips on the running boards. I have a kill switch to disable the lights if the micro switch’s fail. So far it’s been a year and they are still working. I bought some industrial micro switches to use if these failed but so far they are going strong.
