I don't own a dishwasher, but my service experience with my LG front-load washing machine has been great. The washing machine is about 19 years old and still runs well. Similarly, my Samsung fridge is about 18 years old and touchwood; it does not need much service. The service quality of LG and Samsung is really good

Durability and post-sale support are very important. From my personal experience, Ecovacs robot vacuum isn't durable. It hardly lasts 2 years. In my case, after an year of usage, we had an LDS sensor malfunction. The engineer/technician home visit costed Rs 990 and the new LDS sensor costed Rs 6000. Then, within a year, we got bumper issue. Same costs; home visit Rs 990 and bumper replacement Rs 5000. However, this time support gave a discount of Rs 2000, given that repairs were happening too often. My friend had a similar experience with Ecovacs vacuum. The water pipe cracked a bit and the entire tank was replaced for Rs 5000. We were told that the high costs are because the parts are imported from China. Also, entire units/systems are imported and no individual spare parts are available. So the only option to repair is to replace the entire system. Most of the robot vacuums are not durable like other appliances like AC, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There's no point in spending in 10k every 1-2 years for a product that costs 24K. I wouldn't recommend buying any higher-end models in India unless the company itself is directly selling their products in India (Ecovacs vacuums are sold through a third-party vendor Frootle). Currently, repairs are extremely costly. I am going to wait for a few years before buying higher-end models.
