Hello there, thank you for your video. I have just made the cake and even though I have lowered the amount of sugar in the recipe it was still too sweet for me, I will try it again with a lesser amount of sugar. In all it’s delicious and tasty. Thanks again🥰

Hii:) I tried the eggless recipe but when I whisk the ingredients together (butter, sugar, buttermilk) it was lumpy I continued the recipe and the final texture of the shell was crispy and they were kinda uneven. (Idk what I did wrong but it taste good) :’)

@@vii4220 When it's lumpy, gradually add in the milk little by little while you mix, so that the batter is even before folding in the flour. You'll definitely get the same results in the video ☺️

Hello, I recently started watching your videos and really enjoyed your eggless recipes. I subscribed right away!❤ However, I'm not sure why, but my eggless cakes always turn out dense and not fluffy. I tried reducing the flour, but the texture and taste are still not quite right. I bake in an oven with both heating rods on, but it doesn't have a fan. What do you think I should do to improve the results?

@@ansarisarah7929 Hi dear. Yes, you can bake at one go. Baking time will be slightly longer, maybe additional 10 min or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. Let it cool completely, then slice into 3 layers. Remember to coat your blueberries like I did, otherwise they will all sink to the bottom.

@@bhaviparekh6570 Hi dear. I'm glad to like my eggless recipes. If you're only talking about the sponge cake, you can wrap up with cling film and set aside until for use the next day. However, if you're talking about storing the entire cake after frosting, you'll definitely need to refrigerate the cake in a cake box or airtight container. Just bring out from fridge and leave in room temp for at least 30 min before consuming it. Hope I answered your question 💕

@@umagarg8571 hi dear. I come from hot weather country too. For this cake, you definitely have to refrigerate as far as the cream is concerned. Cake will be slightly hardened but you can take out from fridge, slice the cake first and leave it in room temp at least 30 minutes before consuming. I do that for cream cakes. Hope this helps
