Alcohol free wine :)

Alcohol evaporates while baking or boiling. Substitute would change the whole flavor. Red wine tastes totally different to grape juice in cooking

Alcohol free wine is my guess, I don’t think the alcohol serves any purpose so if you like the taste of alcohol free wine, maybe give it a try
