Hi Cassie. Most definitely. Butter Cookies can be stored in airtight container for over a month. I live in hot climate here, there is no problem with that ☺️

Hi dear. If you're using the tsp scoop like I did, this recipe can easily yield about 180-200 cookies. Yes you can add in just choc chip about 200g will be sufficient ☺️

That's a good question. In US they call it cornstarch, in UK they call it corn flour. However, sometimes you'll find corn flour in yellow and it has different nutritional specs. Ideally I'm looking for cornstarch which is white and very fine. Since the recipe called for small amount, any one is fine ☺️

@@chococorner804 Hi. If you keep these cookies airtight, they can last up to 3 months. Bear in mind, opening and closing the airtight container while you consume may results in losing the crispiness of the cookies. With that being said, an airtight unopened jar of cookies can last up to 3 or even 4 months without any issue ☺️
