Super cool work but aint no way that cost $90k. I do Adu builds and remodels on old houses, and I couldnt even have done this with $90k and doing every bit of work myself... $90k is not much anymore especially in LA

Same. There is no way this house could be replicated for $166k because of all the labor they contributed that everyone else would have to pay for

A beautiful location and home.....great to have a chicken coop .I miss some flower and vegetable gardens and a family dog running free range :) great for the children to grow up surrounded by nature.
