love the thoughtful design for the elderly. To have the grandparents close by for the kids is so special.

Beautiful story. Beautiful spaces. Beautiful home owners. It’s fantastic that the grandparents may age in place adjacent to their family.

Wow! Danny! You guys did an awesome job. I was born in LA and live in NYC now. I have a huge soft spot for California craftsman bungalows, so much better than the ranch style homes that liter suburbia. Your architectural prowess, indoors and out, is flawless. Kudos to you. I wish your beautiful family the best of health and happiness! Stay awesome.

Dwell, the music is too loud. The speaker has a naturally low voice, so difficult to hear him even if I increase the sound.

Wow. So pretty ❤️. My daughter lived in Highland Park for 7-8 years. She now moved to Thousand Oaks. I live in Sac and purchased a second home here. I would have loved to buy in So Cal but it’s cheaper up North. I now dream of building an ADU on my property one day. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏽.

A beautiful design. And your soft border plants have a very Asian feel - like bamboo forests. Lovely. May I suggest looking at a soft infloor heat - like Uponor Inc. Quik Trak. It is placed above a subfloor and although doesn't 'store' radiant heat it avoids the need to walk on cement. I've found that 'senior's joints' are challenged by this. It's worth being aware of.

I don’t know what you call this aesthetic, but man oh man it’s perfect.

Beautifully designed, well thought out. And of course, I saw the ubiquitous piano, always present in Korean homes

Beautiful set with the ADU. Love the simplicity and lightness of the total property. Even though the ADU is not an exact copy of the main house, the coloration of the wood siding goes well with the outside and the main house. The pool is also a nice addition to the property. It helps with being part of the outside space that helps connect the main house and the 2nd structure. Give u hi fives on design and placement of the 2nd structure. The interior of ADU well thought out and materials better than just minimum. Looks very homey and we'll built. I d b happy to live there!

What a thoughtful and great idea! This should be the norm in the U.S.

Beautiful home, beautiful concept of multi-generational design and application. The new ADU movement and zoning allows these types of housing.

Super cool work but aint no way that cost $90k. I do Adu builds and remodels on old houses, and I couldnt even have done this with $90k and doing every bit of work myself... $90k is not much anymore especially in LA

It would've been nice if it was over 5+ minutes. But decent feature nonetheless.

I grew up in LA, and I remember Highland Park being hood, like people getting shot and killed there.
