How about doing Hershel Walker's training routine?

Steve reeves looking like that natural is more impressive than any IFBB pro because they use steroids

60 years ago they had more time to train because they never had to sit through 30 midroll ADs!!!

You should have tracked macros and calories on that diet, weighed yourselves before and after.

We used to do those neck strengthening exercises at football practice when I was a kid. Up, down, and to each side. I didn’t realize how silly it must have looked to see 50 kids in a field doing that until watching you guys do them.

Completely forgot about the Around the World exercise with dumbbells for years. Thankfully you guys reminded me. It's a great warmup exercise

Would you replace the neck work with the neck roll Mike Tyson would do?

Are we supposed to feel a pump with this because I did not. I started workout 1 yesterday and had zero pump.

Bro didnt even say Zyzz. Thats who I think of when I think of Aesthetics nowadays lol
@phoenixrus3762Сағат бұрын
The Zyzz vibes and memes are slowly fading. I got into fitness in 2015, and he was mentioned everywhere. Makes me sad.
@IowaRetroGamerDadСағат бұрын
@@phoenixrus3762 Agreed. Bro put aesthetics back on the map. Everyone just wanted to be huge like Phil or Coleman.

Am I to understand you tried the carnivore diet WITHOUT adding certain foods that are recommended! In other words you attempted the carnivore diet without doing ANY research despite what you claimed nor getting to know the "carnivore" community!! You don't mention "electrolytes" or any other foods that might be important on this diet and frankly your not funny. I don't know, I am curious though, specifically about your ""vegan" video but have never liked wasting my time as I have done on this video. My conclusion is you offer NO information that would "help" anyone trying to make "wise decisions"!!

"I've spread my lats for thirty days; here is whats happened" is such a great idea, I really would like to see that vid; not so much the results part, but the thirty days coverage ...

I haven't been watching you dudes for a while and the first thing I noticed is that you aged a bit, though nicely. Second, you shoot more professional videos. Third, is this your gym? Looks like it. I respect your work, by the way. All the best buff dudes!

Talking about the Steve Reeves custom weight belt, would love to see a collab with DIY Duke of you guys building your own custom equipment. Like the older building gyms out of wood or trash videos you made but customized for specific exercises
