It's pretty great overall but, displaying "Copyrighted and Trademarked" Intellectual Property (literally on the main page) and uploaded by practically anyone is going to be a huge issue and tells me I would not want to participate when they obviously don't care about intellectual property rights, so they won't care about "mine" either. I also don't like the fact that there is not a "EULA" visible on any menu option prior to submitting my email

In 5 years we'll start to see 2D to 3D generated models that are totally worth paying for. We sadly aren't there now. But it's great to see the development of it.

very good video, a question where I can get that 3D model to test my materials, I can't find it inside the engine, in these latest versions of the engine it seems that it no longer comes

This looks a little better than the open source models out there but I'm not sure so good that I'd be willing to pay for it. This should really be free in its current state. At the end of the day you'll still need to refine the model in your editor or choice as this is not production ready, but it can save hours of time to get the base ready to go.

Yeah, and the time it would take to refine the model might be better spent just doing it from scratch but I see what they're going for. In time, it will be great if they can improve the models.

@@zofo264 I get your take if you're like really fast at base meshes but I just don't think a human would be as fast as a base mesh + low poly details as this. If you're going low-to-high workflow then this is the future today.

Make sure to enable node wrangler in preferences on the texture hit ctrl+t and make sure object is connected to vector in mapping. See if that helps?

Clo Livesync has been working fine for me until today when I tried to import my garment and the whole program crashed. I tried to reinstall livesync plugin but nothing seems to work. I’m using the latest version of Marvelous Designer. This is what the report says. I tried changing my settings in Nvidia control panel AND the system properties panel. People keep making tutorials on easy tasks like retargeting but don't show harder ones like animation blending. Is it really that difficult

I created a splat using PostShot and then used the plugin you introduced me to and it shows a bunch of semi-featureless walls stacked on each other. I then went to Polycam and tried to download the PLY you used and I saw I had to get a Pro version to get those, so I downloaded PLY files from Luma and other sites and XV3dGS says they have bad headers. I can pull my Kiri Engine PLY files, but it's just a collection of walls inside a sphere. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

I had initially chosen architecture, but then I went with gaming and the blank option and then limited the options as you did in the video. I can now see my rendering from PostShot, but learning navigation is going to take a bit...

Can't see my iPhone X on Unreal, not detecting it even having written the right IP address. Anybody know why this happen? Yesterday I've exported some Live Link animations and I could use them successfully, but when using the Live mode, is not detecting my iphone X

For anyone who chooses not to use UE 5.4, you can still use it to import any animation and retarget easily then export the animation to use in UE 4 or Blender or whatever.

One thing I don’t like about Core though- you can’t sell your games online or distribute your games on mobile? Why? Because you’re using Meshes owned by other Creators. 😔

Just FYI for UE 5.4, in project settings, the substrate options wont appear if you type "strata" in search anymore. You'll need to type "substrate" to find these option tickboxes.
