I went through 5 sessions at the interval of every 3 weeks. My hair shed increased drastically after each session and i had my last session in September. Im still waiting for a dramatic return because this is traumatising. Im in so much worse condition right now than i was when i had the first session, which is painful after btw.

Hi . Ive started to get early stages of gyno due to TRT treatment. When using anabolics would you still have high estrogen cauing gyno. As i have bloods checked every month and estrogen has always been low at 20-30pg/ml so confused how this would happen and not be seen in my bloodwork

I had 3 sessions of PRP one month apart each. My hair is worse than before, not only shedding but also the texture has changed. I’m in Massachusetts and paid $2100 for 3 sessions and it was the most reasonable price I could find. I’m wondering if it was not applied properly or if my scalp suffered a shock with the injections.

Thats a great question! I usually recommend waiting 1 month to 1.5 months before dying your hair after a hair transplant.

"Some form of improvement" , wrong no not just some form of improvement it's actually way better than that . All the hair that you still have on your head comes back thicker it returns the thickness of your hair this thing is way more worth it than a hair transplant. If you still have the hair on your head but it's thin it comes back thicker with finastride. Only the hairs that are still there whether thin or not but the hairs that aren't there anymore those are the dead hair follicle those are the ones that you have to have a hair transplant to return hair in those that already died. Finastride is actually the only true best temporary cure temporarily only as long as you take it. You decide how long you want to keep it

While I agree with what you said after your first paragraph, your first statement is wrong. Not everyone responds to the medication the same. Some men only stabilize their hair loss. Others see a slight improvement in their density while others respond really well and get a lot of their density back. So again, men should see some form of improvement with the key definition of successful use of finasteride as the stabilizing of their hair loss. Return of density is a bonus.

Hi! I am 16 years old and am considering getting breast implants for my 22nd birthday. I wanted the implants to appear natural but also wanted to reduce the risk of any complications following the surgery. I was wondering what your opinion is on this and what you have seen has worked for other clients requesting a similar type of implant

If you are considering implants already at 16 there’s a number of things that can change in the coming 6 years with implants. Stick to the basics to avoid complications: 1) board certified plastic surgeon with a good before and after gallery 2) good google reviews in general ( there should be one or two not so great reviews: means they aren’t erasing the bad ones. You can’t please all of the people all the time 3) appropriately sized implants for your chest size: don’t try and squeeze 550 cc implants in there when your chest can only fit a 300 cc 4) take the time to recover: don’t get too active too soon 5) make sure you set a size boundary with your surgeon: some surgeons will decide your implant size for you (how that happens baffles me). I should probably make a new video on how to avoid complications after a breast aug because there are plenty other suggestions I could give but not enough time in the day. Hope this helps!

Sometimes that can happen. I’ve done cases where after I finish my lipo, i can’t feel any glands left behind. However, I will still make the small incision along the areola border to investigate as there have been times that there was a small amount of gland that was present, just difficult to feel through the skin. If you have the results that you want, I would enjoy your new chest and give it time. There’s a good chance it won’t return and you’ll be fine.

Can ultrasound be trusted whether someone has gyno or not? i was sent by plastic surgeon to do ultrasound, but when i had ultrasound done sonographer said that he doesn't see gyno, instead he said i have fat. Even though i can feel with my figers that i have distinctive hard rubbery lump behind nipple around size of chicken nugget.

Ultrasound is highly specific for gynecomastia. Its well over 90% in many studies for being able to rule out fibrous glandular tissue that is part of the definition of gynecomastia. That being said, only the specimen that is removed and sent to the pathology lab can give you a definitive diagnosis. If you feel a hard lump its possible that it could be gyno, but will only be able to really know once it is removed.
