Can ultrasound be trusted whether someone has gyno or not? i was sent by plastic surgeon to do ultrasound, but when i had ultrasound done sonographer said that he doesn't see gyno, instead he said i have fat. Even though i can feel with my figers that i have distinctive hard rubbery lump behind nipple around size of chicken nugget.

Ultrasound is highly specific for gynecomastia. Its well over 90% in many studies for being able to rule out fibrous glandular tissue that is part of the definition of gynecomastia. That being said, only the specimen that is removed and sent to the pathology lab can give you a definitive diagnosis. If you feel a hard lump its possible that it could be gyno, but will only be able to really know once it is removed.

Great video! I’m a licensed massage therapist x 20yrs and recently had an anterior neck lift with lipo. I’m 43, recently lost 65lbs, and am now almost 2wks post-op. I did some very light, minimal lymph drainage on myself almost immediately and now that I’m mostly recovered, wanted the best techniques. I seem to have a bit of fibrosis very centrally under my incision. Surgeon said everything was progressing normally. This video is a great recommendation and easy to follow!

I personally feel like if considered. Should only be mainly for men as women naturally look very nice with chubby cheeks and thats there beauty while men need more masculine face. Thats why I feel like most failed ones are usually from females and never males

Yeah but Kybella actually kills the fat cells forever, whereas lipo doesn't. Which means lipo is gonna get more hype because it makes these plastic surgeon dudes more money, plain and simple.

Actually, liposuction removes the fat cells forever in a more controlled manner where as Kybella you may not be sure how many fat cells are going to be killed. So liposuction saves patients more time by not having them come in for three or more separate treatments, less down time and better results. I'd make more money doing Kybella actually because it would take more than three treatments to get the same results as what Lipo can do in one session.
