You probably know by now but George Lucas made a lot of changes to the original trilogy with numerous re-releases since the 90's including added CGI effects. I have the original theatrical versions, that's what I prefer because that's what we saw in movie theaters. Heard of an old meme "Han shot first."? That's a reference to one of many changes. The reason George Lucas decided to alter this scene and make Greedo fire his weapon was to make Han look less coldblooded. But in the original only Han fires, Greedo never fired. So the meme is wrong anyway lol. The scene is a sci-fi nod to the old western gunslinger films of the 50's and 60's.

Yes! It IS SUPPOSED to be difficult to use a Lightsaber. The reason people don't like the sequel Trilogy is it doesn't respect the way things are supposed to work in STAR WARS. Because of poor writing. Because they ripped off so much of the stories from the Original Trilogy. No no your original reaction was correct. How can she mind trick him? She hasn't been trained. And the whole Maybe she is just really powerful idea... Anakin Skywalker was the most force potential of anyone ever before or since and even he needed to be trained. And yes if it seems like they have done plans like this before... It's because they have. They ripped off so so much. SMH And right... Why does he wear the mask? the prophecy was about vader and anakin, not luke. anakin killed vader and the emperor. also in the obiwan vs vader fight whats impressive is that they arent evenly matched at all, obiwan is fighting for his life and constantly performing a miracle every second he manages to not die.

If you look at it, Anakin has fulfilled the prophecy to perfection. He brought balance to the force, as there were only ever two Sith at any time, but lots of Jedi. Now Anakin wiped out the Jedi for the most part, leaving only Yoda and Obi-wan (Kanan Jarrus was not a Jedi anymore, as was Asoka). Balance achieved. 🎉

The scenes of Ach-To, the planet where Luke is hiding, were filmed on Skellig Michael, an island of the coast of Ireland. It was once the home of an order of Irish monks, and the beehive huts were the cells where the monks lived. Shellig Michael is a nesting area for puffins. There was no way the production crew could avoid their presence, so they animated the porgs over them. When the prequels were released. many people were upset when the storyline didn't match what they expected. The same thing happened with the sequels. They all forgot that George Lucas was telling the story HE wanted to tell, not the story that some fans wanted to see.

Carrie Fisher was already dead in 2016 a few days before Rogue One came out (and after Last Jedi was filmed). What they used here was some unused Force Awakens footaged mixed with new footage with Billy lourd and some CGI. That's why Leia's role is so subdued in this movie, her role was initially to be bigger...

The cgi jabba was actualky added decades larer. That whole scene was a deketed scene using a hunan Jabba thet got Ggi placed over him.

Luke failed to life his ship in ESB, but Yoda did, with his theme playing, but in this, it's all come full circle, and Luke now lifted it, Yoda's theme playing again. Ben used Han's blaster too.

So Rey's "father" was actually a failed, non-force sensitive clone of Palpatine. He was able to leave Exegol because Palpatine discarded him out of sheer disgust, while hoping in the back of his mind that he may be able to produce and extremely powerful offspring. I tell you this so you don't have to accept the idea that Palpatine ever......got busy. 🤮

The water they filmed in on the deathstar was cold. Daisy and Adam were absolutely freezing while filming. LOL, poor force sensitive Finn indeed. I do wish Ben and the ghosts of the jedi had been there to defeat old Palps along with Rey, and I wish Ben had lived. He deserved life after being manipulated from the time he was in the womb. The Palpatines and Skywalkers. So Montegues and Capulets. She did make her own saber, from parts of her staff. Supposedly she decided against a double blade because of her vision of Dark Rey having the double saber.
