Not impressed with any of this food. Sounds like a dietary disaster. How about roast beef, greens and mashed potatoes? Simple things work the best in my opinion. LOL.

His wife was his second wife and considerably younger. While many vilified her as a golddigger, although her family was "well off", they married for love. After his death, her inheritance was large, but would be forfeited if she remarried. She did remarry and forfeited the inheritance. It's a great story.

In 1913 the federal reserve was created behind closed doors with the funds from the Titanics insurance....1 year later ww1 started and the federal reserve was making money hand over fist...thus was born the military industrial complex

I don’t care if Jack and Rose weren’t real… if you think about it, this woman survived those shipwrecks and her surviving Titanic reminds me of both Molly Brown and the fictional character of Rose. I just found out about the Britannic yesterday… I had no idea. And I just found out about Violet… so I had to look up some interviews and stuff. Very interested in her story now.

The White Star Line and Cunard Line may have been bitter rivals for a while, but that sure didn’t stop the Cunard Line’s RMS Carpathia from making a real mad dash for the White Star Line’s RMS Titanic to rescue as many of her passengers and crew members as possible.
