Much as I think the present day (2025) Tachibana performed well at the Rose Parade and brilliantly at the Bandfest, I hope the current musical directors and choreographers have watched this, because it is superb!

I hadn't realize Fujiwara was drum major here; she was also in an earlier documentary when she lead the percussion, especially the cymbals, and they showed a practice where she was quite strict but later taught one of the girls who was most distraught. It was such a wonderful combination of being serious and being kind.
