For it to even have an effect and if you do your research, it doesn’t even help with speed and power. It helps with keeping muscle while losing weight. He may have used some type of weight loss supplements and it was tainted. I can see if he actually had a steroid in his system that makes you stronger and faster but that is absolutely not the case brah.. I’ve taken Osterine before! Twice! All it does is help you lose body fat and keep your muscle gains. And it don’t even work that great to be quite honest. It’s trash.
