That's an honest opinion & judgement, Kudos sir. I believe INOUE prepared at his best because this will be HISTORY and an HONOR to JAPAN and the JAPANESE PEOPLE & is VYING the P4P number 1, all for WORLD RECORD.

In Japan, Naoya Inoue has declared his intention to become an undisputed champion in the featherweight division and has been reported to set his sights on the super featherweight title as well. In preparation for this, it is noted that he has been actively engaging in physical training, working on building his physique for the transition to the featherweight division. In the upcoming fight on the 26th, we can expect to witness a significantly enhanced Naoya Inoue, both in size and with intensified power and speed, as he moves towards transitioning to the featherweight division.😆

Now I can call Dec 26th Boxing Day 🤣🤣🤣

9:00 On top of making Bud no longer unique, The Monster getting 2x undisputed on Dec 26 would make him, not only the second to do so, but also the FASTEST to ever do so. Clocking in at a little over a year! I don't care what Crawford does next, all respect to him though. Once Inoue becomes undisputed at Superbantam, he's the best fighter in the world for a few years to come. Carrying the passed torch, as you said. It's one thing to do something great first. It's another thing to do that very same thing faster, at a younger age, and in dominant fashion (e.g., a 92% KO Rate, 21 consecutive WC bouts and counting, and near-perfect scorecards).

“Fastest” doesn’t mean a thing if for whatever reason the UD fight doesn’t happen in a fast way. Everyone knows the pbc blocked bud out, for which every bud haters blames bud. Kudos to inoue for his heart and great work, and lucky for him tapales isn’t afraid like team spence. Tank hasn’t fought an elite at his own weight which is from 135-140, but has never been willing to fight a champion for a belt. And that includes loma, gary russell, etc.

Inouye will not only be 2x undisputed, but 3x. He will be the greatest boxer of ALL TIME. Deal with it. Inouye is that good. He'll smoke all opponents at 126 AND do it by actually fighting. They'll be no email anything. He'll fight 4 fights like ducks in a row and take all 4.

Edwin as much as l like Tank, But if Tank comes down to about 132 lbs. With a hydration clause like they had in the Garcia fight, i am willing to bet alot of money on Inoue to take Tank out in the 10th rd. Sleep, Sleep!
@cacogenicist6 ай бұрын
Tapales is a tough guy, but Inoue way up on a different level. I see a KO here, maybe early -- _because_ Tapales will be game, and isn't going to run.
@Levi-em6ym6 ай бұрын
By rd.2 Tapales will get hit by shots from the right, left, head and body. Explosive power he has never experienced before and speed he cannot counter. Fear will take place.

You are right... Actuslly Naoya VS Nonito donaire part 1 is also KO result... The Referee suddenly stop Naoya when chased Nonito.. Also the account is already 10

You are so right Inoue is getting better with every fight.

Also Edwin give his Dad, corner and support group, Credit on the prep and advise during the fight credit. Personally there my favorite family corner.

Tank doesn’t want the belt cuz he’d have to fight mandatories and he wouldn’t get more Pitbull Cruz or Mario Barrios’ 😂

Exactly, and just carry on making those catchweight fights above and below 35 - waiting for big draw fights are ripe for the taking - like the Haney and Inoue fights, probably
@jessexiong696 ай бұрын
I agree that 11th round with donaire 1 should have been a tko. Ref blocked him off to finish it and such a long count. Got given a second chance. You could see on donaires face he was done.
@NatureBoy7365 ай бұрын
You right the first fight with the monster vs the flash the ref did give the flash extra time to recover, That’s what happens when you fight in LV, I have a feeling one day when the monster fights in LV, they are going to give the win to the other guy because more bets are put on the monster. That’s why it’s best to fight in Japan because they hire judges around the world and not judges that work for LV.

I said this months ago, but I'll say again, I predict Inoue within 4rds, KO against Tapales! (no disrespect to the Champ, Tapales) RIP

Let's be honest, all fighters have their own faults. Inoue is very good,but that doesn't mean he's invincible.

Thank you to Toney you are the best, I really think INOUE will be this unique boxer in this century period. Yes just how dominant n promising he is throughout his career. I don’t see anyone had done in the past. I love Pacquiao with his record but Naoya is a different beast.

A heads up on Inoue's recent S&C training. Since the Fulton fight camp, Inoue has incorporated Japanese military developed S&C training methods which is being overseen by one of Inoue's S&C (ex-military) coaches. It incorporates lactic acid training (or lactic threshold training).. 'By training at a high intensity, the body creates additional proteins that help absorb and convert lactic acid to energy. There is an even rate of lactic acid production and blood lactate removal at rest and under low-intensity exercise. As your intensity of exercise increases, the imbalance causes a buildup in blood lactate levels, which is how the lactate threshold is reached. At this lactate threshold, blood flow decreases, and fast-twitch motor ability increases. This peak level of performance is referred to as lactate threshold training...' Along with a new dietary regimen, it's also helping Inoue to build up muscle mass fast to increase his fighting weight.
@PjYogiBear6 ай бұрын
Evidently, the new S&C and nutrition programme, along with the sparring and strategic planning, worked out against Fulton. Inoue reportedly weighed in at 132.5lb that fight night, and had been maintaining his weight at just a little under his targetted 135lb fight weight for 22 until starting the gradual cut to make weight recently. Hopefully, he'll be able to rehydrate to that training weight without trouble so that we can expect an even stronger, faster, more explosive Monsta on the 26th. Also, for this Tapales fight camp, Inoue said he's been combining intensive sparring sessions with the S&C training from the beginning of camp..

Edwin the fight in Japan is on the 26, but remember Japan is a day ahead. So I believe the fight will be on the 25th in the States. I come under the pacific time zone in Hawaii.

NAH-OH-YAH. There are 3 mora in his name, 3 kana if you write it out -- Japanese just say it fast, so you're only hearing 2. But yeah, there's no vowel diphthong in there like the vowel in "pay" or "sleigh."
