My biggest gripe with this kit are the pegs that connect the legs to the pelvis. They’re too fragile. One of them broke on me. Went through two kits to replace the peg.

One of the things that I dislike in that series was the redesign (other was the plataform), somehow look to me too childish and strange with this mini-underwear contrast 😂 I know that gameplay-wise that series had some improvement, but even today, with the bundle of Megaman games in the consoles, and beating all the X games again, I still pass by these series, even being a Zero fan... The best design in my opinion always will be original, specially Black Zero...

I'm a bit torn on the ultimate armor you see on the Megaman Zero series. One thing I like about that series' art style to begin with, is how sleek it is. Characters seem smaller and don't have as much armor to them. With that said, I... really don't like the wings on X's ultimate helmet. Just seems too busy... and I know that ultimate armor is be design, more extravagant than your default stuff, but I wish they'd toned it down a bit... juuuuust a bit. Lol

The way I look at it, he looks different.......... cause it's straight up just a different art style. Yes, you could go down this rabbit hole of whether or not designs changed over a century due to upgrades yada yada, but just LOOKING at the art style for EVERYONE in the Megaman Zero series, not just Zero, you find that it is cohesive with itself, and thus the simplest explanation is that MMZero... Zero, looks the way he does cause that's just how he looks under the new art style.

Please use the japanese version of Mega Man X4 clips from now on. The American localisation was really bad and ruins emotional moments.

Geo Stelar is not only my favorite Mega Man adaptation, but his game series is my favorite Mega Man series. I love the gameplay, story, characters, music, everything. And imo, Geo has the best deaign out of all the incarnations.

So a few things. Let me start by saying while I don't dislike the redesign I do think the original design was till much better. Zero was made to be an absolute menace, a near unstoppable soldier, the only reason the original X was able to stop him when he went Maverick was because he became unhinged and wasn't thinking clearly and X's ability to adapt and evolve had allowed him to obtain numerous powers he wasn't originally designed with. His original design reflected that much better as he looked like an armored warrior as opposed to an underaged anime protagonist. I also take issue with the explanation of "100s of years have passed so we had to make a new look for more up to date technology." Ok... sure that makes sense for reploids... but it doesn't for X or Zero since neither of them are reploids and were both significantly more advanced than the reploids of their own time despite being hundreds of years older than them.

Oh yes. Witch from Laguz Island, I wonder what would happen if she returned? (Probably someone even joked about: «What if Berkana, after defeat, came back and became good?»)
