To be fair to Lifesaver, he did fuck up pretty badly in X5. disobeying orders and going behind Commander Signas' back to tell X about Zero, which led to their two most powerful assets nearly killing each other. I would not be surprised if he was dishonourably discharged.

I never would have considered that unused Iris -another- design being Alia stealing from Signas. I love that so much. Excellent work on this one! To he honest, I haaaaated Alia when I first encountered her in X5. I just wanted to play the game! I really came around to her with X8 and then looking back to the other games, she's a great addition to the cast. Again, excellent work! Hoping for Layer soon! 👀

People believe that Lifesaver was fired from his post if not flat out retired after the Eurasia incident. As he disobeyed Signas direct orders. Almost got X killed. And got Zero killed for a bit.

Lifesaver is one of many, so it could be they discontineued the line. I just wish we would have seen him more, even if he kinda steps on Alia's toes in terms of purpose.

I believe Alia and X do have feelings for each other which explains Alia's new look in X8. She's trying to impress X by letting her hair down and purposely remodeling her body to look more feminine and attractive. Unfortunately, they don't have time for each other because they are always in the middle of a war.

It makes sense; you could say that during Xtreme 1 (occurs between X2&X3), she could've been getting her assassin training. And despite Xtreme 2 (occurs between X3 & X4) being Iris's first canonical appearance, she could've met Iris either during or just before the Erasure Incident of Xtreme 2. • Assassin Alia would've been badass. Gray Shadow Armor and a variant for her X8 design. Though unlike X's version, Alia's weapon of choice instead of a sword would likely be something akin to kunai. Likely for ease of concealment...though she could probably have an entire "some assembly required" sniper rifle kit stashed away on her, and nobody would ever know it. Speaking of which... • ...what in Volt Kraken's naughty tentacles prompted the redesign of Alia from her X5-X7 look to her suddenly way sexier and more feminine look of X8!? (Don't even start me on her myriad of out-of-uniform looks in X DiVE...cuz that's actually crazier when you consider that Layer is supposed to be the blatant eye candy and Alia just straight up *DECIMATES HER* in the looks department...) • Alia developed the Mother Elf!? Where can I learn more? This is a theory that I've never heard of before. • Given that X8 Alia's fighting style is identical to X (minus her assassin skills), and she even has a couple Irregular Weapons in DiVE...could it be possible that MAYBE she was able to somewhat analyze, understand, and even partially replicate both the X-Buster & Copy Weapon System for herself? She certainly would've had plenty of time to study X and implement it...🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Ah yes, my occasional reminder that the "Roll" of the X series canonically murders at least 2 dudes. She's literally the only "Roll" with a body count, I think she's the first one playable in their mainline game too as X8 came out before MM powered up.

It would be interesting if Alia did have some involvement of the development of the Mother Elf, and that she and Ciel's ancestor were colleagues or something, or if they wanted to create ties between Alia and Ciel even further, they could say that Alia's creator was Ciel's ancestor and that she had been created to assist in lab research, and that the ancestor was someone like Dr. Light in the sense that she believed in families and stuff even between robots, which is why that person made Alia blonde because maybe their lineage is full of blonde people, and they wanted to make Alia feel like one of them, but due to Sigma's rebellion and the lack of available people to provide support at Maverick Hunters HQ since many revolted with Sigma, that Alia decided to volunteer herself as navigator, as she believed she could offer more help that way, kind of similar to how Rock started out as a Lab assistant but volunteered to become a fighting robot to be more helpful, and if they wanted to make things tragic they could make it so that the Reploids that rebelled with Sigma, killed or wounded Alia's family which would have given her more motives to be part of the fight against the mavericks.

I think Alia may have had a crush on Gate when they were working together. I think she respected Gate, and looked up to him. Whether or not Gate was aware of this is speculative, but my take is that he probably used her infatuation to his own advantage, and lead her along so he could have her as an assistant, and use her skills to help advance his own work.

I like Alia's character in general, her backstory in X6 is rather interesting, and I really like her X8 design where she lets her hair down. The only thing I don't like is her constant mid-stage interruptions in X5. Thank god they let you choose to answer her calls in X6-X8.
