Not only their landlord lost money from them, I also lost my inspection money. They just won’t move out and I absolutely don’t want to be their new landlord. This is what I meant by using your talent to trick people because you are smart and use the law for your advantage. Once my sister in law sold her house for a Jewish family. They asked for every dime and penny. My sister gave in a lot already but on the closing date, they did a final walk through, ran their fingers on the blinds and showed the realtor the dust on their fingers and asked for $1000 because the house isn’t in a pristine condition.
