the game is much better now, and yes they improved CPU performance since launch i didn't had any bug playing at launch on my old PC GTX 1060

it's probably a game's fault, but this shouldn't happen, but there's some things you can try you can increase you CPU power plan to high performance instead of balanced (when you lock at lower fps, usually CPU decreases frequency to save energy, which impact on FPS) and you can also lock at 60fps using riva turner or at nvidia control panel to make it more stable

@@KyoKat I've done a little research and, i think it should be dynamic resolution's fault, cause it's enabled when you set in-game fps to 30 or 60.

yeah, but dynamic resolution works when you have less than 60fps, if you're at 60+ then it stays at high resolution but there's a mod that turns off dynamic resolution, you can try it too

the game is more demading now, like almost 2 times more demanding so if you had drops like 50 fps, at this new game i guess you could drop to 25fps (or less) but that is just a guess based on highest quality, i don't know if the low settings are demanding too

are you talking about frame generation? you need to turn on Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling on windows to use FG

i didn't had any problem but i guess you should change your desktop resolution to 4k or turn off zoom, maybe helps

get lossless scaling, it basically works like frame generation. with that you can get up to 240fps (unfortunately you get a little more input lag but especially with this game I don't think it's a problem)

if you own the year1-4 or 5-7 or both you will get an automatic discount on steam, I still don't think it is worth it.

the game physics are probably linked to the fps, if you run under 60 fps the game will slowdown, if you run above 60 it will probably speedup

you mean native? because using DLSS i'm almost at 720p but with better resolution, so the performance won't increase that much (and the image quality will decrease a lot, also the stutter will stay there)
