the only problem could be CPU, i saw some people with Ryzen 9800X3D and RTX 4090 at 1080p getting around/under 60fps without frame generation

i think 4060ti is better for 1080p ultra, not 1440p, so 4060 is enough for 1080p and for 1440p is better to go with 4070 or higher

you will lose a lot of resolution even using DLAA, you have better results with 1440p dlss performance (and don't really need to play at ultra or with ray-tracing)
