Great video man! Especially with deep explanation and understanding of body mechanics and how the game is played. A lot of people just repeat what other people say instead of what makes logical sense so this video is greatly appreciated.

Bro, you explained it by word and sight like a regular jumpshot.😂 That's how anybody with that form would shoot a regular shot. The answer is, work on it. Practice and you'll receive muscle strength and muscle memory form with hand and eye coordination. It's still all love doe. Good break down.❤

Thank you I’ve always been saying this because if you truly try to shoot one motion there’s almost no control or energy management. It’s more shooting on the rise and shooting at your peak not 1 and 2 motion
