Fr. Nix, there are no links to any of his books!! Not the books he spoke about on friendship nor his own that he is just written that you speak of. What is that? I have listened to this podcast twice and we're able to go back and figure it out and find the books or I can Google his name of course But why are they not in your footnotes why are they not included?

As a life long Catholic of 69 years, that had the Grace to find the Traditional Mass once again due to the tenacity and faithfulness of Archbishop Lefebvre, I am so sad that the Passionists have caved to Modernism. St Paul of the Cross must be so grieved. 😢

The Shroud does NOT have 5k wounds, in fact the marks show only 2 men scourged him was slashed ONLY 39x ( it's proven the actual height of the men scourging)... (as 39 stripes were the Jew law) 5k required MORE TIME than the full passion start to end.

I heard a theologian say there's a theory that Christ celebrated the Passover in the calendar of the Esenes and as they have a 364 day year he would have been arrested on Tuesday night. They posit this theory as one that explains the difference between the synoptic gospels and that of John (John specifically says the Passover of the Judeans) . If this is true then a lot more hours of being examined by the Jews before going to Pilate than we had thought. More suffering 😟 Have you ever heard this? Thank you, God bless

Why do modernists despise the suffering our Lord faced on the cross? The resurreccifix is a symbol of their denial or rejection of suffering, it is all over the modern churches. They are so terrified of facing the truth of the cross. All the joy in our life comes from the truth of the cross. Peace father
