Wouldnt an old set of good strings be better?? Like usually if you get a 600$+ violin it comes with atleast tonicas, wouldnt it be better to leave them on longer than buy a bad set of strings?

I've been wanting to learn the violin half of my life (I'm only 19 lol) and the past 6 years have been hell for me. Shit home, shit mental health. But now, everything is finally changing and I just spontaneously ordered a cheap 50€ violin. I couldn't be more excited.❤️🌸

I just started playing with this violin that I’ve had around a year, but it sounds different from yours, the quality of the sound is off, would I need to get a new one? Could my problem related to the violin or it’s just me?
