8-wins if healthy & competitive losses to UGA & UA 6-wins if competitive in all other games, but fighting against key injuries throughout the season

In Coach Freeze's 3rd year, with how he has recruited, it is totally reasonable to expect to beat uga and bama imo. Maybe not both if you are looking back, but it is reasonable to expect to beat each of them going into those games. I'm not looking at last season's record. I'm looking at the talent that has been built on this team along with a reasonable expectation of what a good on the field coach can do. I won't be hollering "fire Freeze" if Auburn loses to both with the possible exception of unexpected blow out losses, but the expectation at Auburn should be to beat our rivals in year 3 of a head coach's tenure is reasonable.

Gonna come down to oline & Dline play. Can auburn stop the run and sack the qb. Does auburn have a qb who makes others better and take advantage of nfl potential players? People are forgetting Auburn is young. Yes we’ve talent BUT ga & bama of the world have more experience or atleast experience at a larger scale. Why the hot seat talk for freeze isn’t smart even if it’s true. Why should fans make it harder to recruit? Now it all stops if Auburn starts off hot at least till Au drops a game. Auburn will win games but won’t beat bama and ga till oline & qb play greatly improves on critical downs & D improves on critical downs. Auburn can shock the world but 6 or 7 wins may be the ceiling unless we can start the first half of the season with no more than 2 losses giving the team time to gel and the next level potential players get game experience & develop a adult body.

Just a bad hate for losing will win 4 games in a Basketball season at least. It is easy to ease up on some of these hard nasty games, but deep tournament winners can’t do it without a fight

Freeze is a humble guy that is down to earth and he gets through to them mommas. Moms want security while their son is away. Dads want their son to have all the extras bells and whistles at their son’s disposal while away and freeze and AU check both those boxes.

Wins will come. The way Hugh building this roster makes it hard to win right away. We talking young talented freshman and sophomore going up against 6-7 year college players because of covid year and now the juco rule. 5 years ago Auburn roster wins 9-10 last season.

To Cole's point about "talent being down" I agree. This time last year everyone thought the CB talent was weak in the 25 class and might take 1 or 2. Then we signed Woodby Starr and Williams. Lost Arnoux and Core. And missed on Offord. So there were 6 high end guys that were takes who had a lot of interest in AU. I don't think anyone would consider that group weak.

My Columbus state university team went into Cameron Indoor and got to see the facilities as a team. Saw Johnny Dawkins and JWill rehabbing and just drilling 3s from deep. Such a cool experience
