要做x2份量的话,你需要用更宽大的模具来蒸,而不是把糕做得更高哦。蒸的时间也是差不多一样的,因为模具大了受热的面积也大了。你可以用牙签或筷子来戳看上面的糕有没有熟透,没有的话再增加时间。

看着就好好喝。请问你会教大家做米糕吗??我会做,可是当做1kg糯米时,就会失败。因为agak不到份量。反而做少少500g就可以做到美美哒。

Hi, nop cookies won't turn soft. Gula melaka caramel will turn hard quickly,so when you fill in have to do it fast tho.

生肉面应该去前面一排 叫 金莎,猪油渣 他们比较厉害,家乡应该是 “仿” 他们,不过给料/加料 家乡比较大方。你讲的茄子皮 因为是煎炸,也应该是炸比较久,所以皮肯定硬的,不是老不老,应该去跟老板投诉下,等他们以后快一点拿起来,不用炸酱久。生肉面 干捞 很油。。。基本上是避免不了,因为 这两家的 捞就是猪油黑酱油捞,可能你下次去叫 kurang minyak🤣。 如果要吃另外一种比较清淡的是去它隔壁那排叫 新苏兰生肉面,另一种味道。最后一个就是, 牙 比 第三音, 这个才是local 叫法, 叫 亚庇 第四音就知道是外来人, 哈哈。

你好,不能哦这食谱不能有太多水。可以用浓缩的香兰汁或pandan essence。份量1-2茶匙需要自己调整。

Sorry I didn't use pandan essence so unable to give you the correct amount. You can start with a little amount first, if you feel color or fragrance is not enough then add some more.

请问 为什么我烤好了,底部会很油呢?减了牛油也是一样。油甚至会渗透到烤盘去。 还有,烤好后玉米片偏硬,是什么原因呢?

你好,是这样油的哦,纸杯底部会油油的,但还不至于渗透到烤盘。可能你需要把时间调短或降低温度。 玉米片偏硬可能跟牌子有关系。
