谢谢你们的分享哦!这真的是我的救星啊!因为我家是不炸东西的(怕怕😂),不当处理废油会污染环境🥴🥴。。 我应该会尝试用气炸锅(我的是烤箱式)。也会试试喷油和不喷油的差别😊😊

嗯嗯,我家也是很不喜欢炸东西,能免则免😂用气炸锅的话温度和时间要记得调整哦😊你可以试看喷油和不喷油,你喜欢哪个😘我没喷是因为食谱里已经一个有黄油,一个有辣椒油了

Thanks for your recipe. I made according your video. Its crispy outside but the centre in middle not crispy. I put in oven another 5 minutes but centre still not crispy. Can help give advise what is problem?

These are my advices: 1. Brush egg wash less or evenly. 2. Don't roll too tight. 3. Extend baking time. every oven condition is different. 4. Extend the air dry time.

你好,不需要但要密封保存好,一两个月是没问题的。紫菜的会比较容易“漏风”,建议装小罐装开封后就吃完。
