Fun little thing to add to animate easier: select all the controllers, Ctrl G to group, create 1 main controller at the front, parent the group under the main controller. If you move the main controller forwards, the snake still wiggles without using keyframes :)

You can also select the frames that you want to reverse and type in the graph editor frame stat value "*=-1", then just drag the keyframes back to the right place. (the only downside is that the broken tangents get reversed to, so you have to readjust them (not a problem if you bake the animation before flip it).

my sine doesn't affect bones :( it affects controllers, which affect bones if I use 'em directly via clasters in my "ik spline handle", but via Sine deformer the bones do stay in place :( how to resolve?

Thanks for a great tutorial, is there a simple way to attach a global control to the rig so i can position it in my scene. Sorry I'm new to rigging, anything I try splits all the elements apart when i move it.

Thank you so much for this tutorial!! This was a big help. I tried a lot of others from YT and this one made the most sense to me. When exporting as FBX for Unity, do you have any recommendations for easier import of the animations? I'm not sure what to bake or leave as is. Thank you!

finally a good tutorial, I have been looking for wolf or any animal tutorial for so long but all of them either do something that does not work or just skips ahead after they already did something=

hi, I'm not sure if this will be answered, but how did you make the fur that sticks out transparent? I've been following this tutorial wishing to learn how to make "fake fur" instead of using the hair particle system, however, I suppose this series don't show how to in the end.

This is really cool, for ppl who doesn't know how to apply maths calc on the graph editor, that's really handy. I found online that if you open the graph editor, select all your curves (or those you want to reverse), go to the second value box and insert *=-1 you will be able to reverse the animation. Keep animating folks.
