press space bar or theres an option on the bottom left with the 4 squares which you select (you can see the video)

How are you grabbing both the edge and middle vertex of the rectangle? Mine just grabs one or the other.

What is the time stamp? What time in the video do I do this?

From 2:18 onwards you grab the vertices and the middle vertices move too. On mine just the outside one moves, leaving me with a shape that is still square in the middle and splays out into the right shape on either side.

ah ok, it is kinda hard to see, but I am drag selecting each vertex, as well as using symmetry. The drag select ensured that the middle vertex will be selected.

oh ok, that makes sense. Thanks!

Hello, Carlos Velazquez could I ask a question? I would like to ask you a little operation of the Maya version of a tool because you have used it inside I'm not sure if I have

okay, i want to know Maya 2016 edition In the right side of the interface Open again Multi-Component... he inside have a symmetry? This little function... drive.google.com/file/d/0B4-y0oaYiTbxT212Q1ZUallCLVk/view because 2015 have not ,2017 have 2017 is evolved from 2016 I think 2016 should also have it? Would like to ask this ... thanks

Yes, I just check 2015, 2016, and 2017 and they all have the option for symmetry in the modeling toolkit.

Oh, I see... Currently sure 2015 have not symmetry。 2016, and 2017 and they all have the option for symmetry in the modeling toolkit. Thank you so much!!!
