Great review brother, I thought this was a terrible launch. The dry down is the only half decent part of the scent profile.

Hey Man! Yeah this release is lackluster. The drydown is the best part. YSL should have never released this fragrance tbh. But there are people out there that will spend the $150 on this when they could get a Amouage fragrance for the same price. I hope all is well with you brother!

@@LocdScents Yes, all good 👍🏻 I agree. I think they just went for an ultra-safe frag, and that's what it is - completely unremarkable, but fresh, airy, and pretty easy to wear. It's time for a new direction in designer frags!

I also got a free sample sent and yeah I gotta agree with you. There are other things out there that smell similar, does the same thing, but just done better. Not bad, just not as interesting or worth the price.

Probably one of my least fav new releases. Most new designers are sweet/ambery boring except Ralph's Club Elixir which is my fav new release and a take on DHP.

Not sure about women's deodorant, but it is very generic, unchallenging, fresh and clean. As far as YSL releases go, it's not great. I wonder if the next flanker will be deeper and darker.

@@LocdScents 😂 Shouldn't they do the parfum first? This elixir stuff is becoming a scam. My Le Male Elixir bottle is beginning to smell a lot like Ultra Male. I'll do a side-by-side comparison soon :) To me it is more like Ultra Male than Le Parfum (which it's often compared to).

Funny you say it smells like a female deodorant stick since it’s called YSL myself maybe a play on words but it sound like why I sell myself as in prostitution and or stripping just a funny thought I had I’ll also skip it completely sounds boring as fuck and forgettable
