Exactly Impulsive thoughts =/= intrusive thoughts Intrusive thoughts are literally "Oh gee what would happen if I stepped off this cliff" It's the feeling you get that makes you want to stick your hand in a fire. The feeling you have that makes you want to trip someone If you let your intrusive thoughts win you wouldn't have rainbow hair You'd be facing felony charges, at the hospital Or you'd be dead
