My yesterday comment re China solid energy approach, hence ability to produce lots of aluminum, combined with the criticism of current AU antinuclear energy policy... has been DELETED! 😡🤬🤬

It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Brian! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days..

The scarcity of enrichment capacity now that Russia has banned the sale of enrichment services to the US will led to overfeeding, this requires more feed stock for a given amount of LEU . Basically faster enrichment but lower yields per lb fed in. A bonus to any to company that can process the so called depleted Uranium to extract the remaining U235 that is left behind, like Silex plans to do
@Mrtickleberries6 сағат бұрын
So it brings forward mining supply because western enrichers have to provide it up front. I would also would have thought SWU rates would have to be increased as well so that would be greater amount of yellow cake needed. Nigeria is also courting Russia to take over uranium mining.

Stick to your guns on that one Trav, there is no way that Bald Hill could be up and running in 4-6 weeks from C&M at nameplate capacity, that's a delusional timeframe as they couldn't even get the medicals done for the new hires or rehires in that timeframe, get a contractor to reopen the camp, even if you emptied all your other operations of skilled personnel and shut them down there would also be training involved and all the other subcontractors to mobilize to site. Restoration of haul roads and access to pit would take time also.

Interesting story about the LTR underground Li project, high grading it and not doing paste fill early = they are going to "Nifty" the orebody and deplete all the best grades during the commodity slump and then be scrambling for sterilized ore and grade if/when the commodity price improves. Current management won't be around then all those chickens come home to roost. Given its a brand new operation they could have been more imaginative and cut corporate overhead costs, keep the mine plan intact, and mine the thing at half speed with 1 week of mining and then 1 week of processing, saves on labour costs and uses existing infrastructure and that way everything is maintained and puts less Li into the market and allows the market to get more into balance, and give themselves more time to see what happens with the commodity price. Also gives them the option of returning to full production quickly rather than switching everything off, and letting it rust and degrade over time, and then get caught out trying to restart in the next Li boom.

Paladin will do what they did last time. When it all goes belly up they will cancel 92% of retail investors shares and hand them over to their tier 1 creditors (mates). they love debt. Oooh, almost forgot! then they will compulsorily acquire the rest of the retail shareholders non marketable parcels for next to nix.

KCN: AISC is high because of the roughly 20% Thai royalties.
@VictorVeron-o7l5 күн бұрын
Nice work on KCN. Some additional facts: Chair and founder owns 10m shares. The "big bonus" of $250k is very modest when considered in context of what they're paid versus direct peers (<50% less than average). They took massive pay cut during shut down for +5 years. They have negotiated significant concessions over existing pit design and pegged the best bits of entire Thailand gold belt. The shut down was generated by very small group of activists trying to bribe company. They refused to have their blood tested and were seen by Thai courts to be unreliable characters. Thai time (delays) in approvals has been biggest issue rather than KCN ability to make this a profitable mine.

Paladin is not looking good on the charts, and the fundamentals in the short term are also weak. The water issue in Namibia and the matters surrounding the acquisition of Canada's Fission Uranium are hitting the stock hard. However, on the bright side, most of the long-term fundamentals still seem intact. The uranium supply outlook remains positive for the company, and its financials are also looking solid. Additionally, with big tech companies increasingly turning their attention to nuclear energy as a source of power, this should continue to support a positive outlook for the commodity. I believe that most of the current challenges are impacting individual investors more than the heavyweight institutional investors.
