Hmm. Basically not a bad idea... But: registration is necessary and all the data ends up in the cloud. It's easy to think badly of it. Full control over all users, the find sites, the activities, the target group (not just XP users). Not my thing at all. I think that's exactly the goal of the app, an overview of the customers. There are far better alternatives that are more suitable for us metal detectorists.

I bought an orx for this app but unfortuanately due to family health issues have not been out for almost 2yrs. However I have all those features mu=y own way, using a particular gps app I record the position of a find and in the notes have date, item signal and program data. when I get home i put the location into google earth screen shot the eimage and use it to updat an image of the fiels=d with my previous finds on it, I use a layer to map out my route. so ona field image with find loacations each one is numbered and all data is transfered to a spreadsheet. Bit time consuming but works. IF I can get out again and want to use go terrain can I manually transfer all this data into go terrain ie pull up a field manually dot the target position and manually enter relevant data. Finally is there a good indepth video for the app, age means I need clear simole instructions on what you can do and how to do it.

Some great updates there, as always Michael explains everything so well 👍 👏 Looking forward to the new coil also

Loving the GeoPackage export, but still wanting to see GeoTIFF import so I can load in LIDAR data or other overhead imagery showing crop marks. Pretty please? Also, please can we have exclusion zones as well as detection zones? I'd like to be able to mark things like scheduled ancient monuments and be alerted when I'm accidentally wandering into one.

I like XP, but there are a lot of things hardware wise, that can be improved but it seams to be you are not listening to your customers.
