dislike. You didnt show HOW you made the language, instead you show how to make a stupid game every student does in their 1st semester.

So you don't have time to play the actual game, but you have time to replicate it in Unity and run genetic algorithm on it? Believable.

Make a custom os. Install it on actual hardware, create another custom language on the os then create a text editor for that language and then use it to make pong

People: think they can code even though they need a coding language / calculator to do it all for them. This guy: actually knows how to code. Also people: think they can do calculus even though they need a computer / calculator to do it all for them. I'm hoping this guy goes on social media and makes fun of all the people who claim to code, by disproving all the stupid coding jokes that are mostly misogynistic in nature.

Why you have to recreate the game and not instead have something that watches the actual game?

It’d be cool if you rewarded it for minimizing the pieces used to make the bridge, and if it could make bridges for arbitrary gaps

Don't feel bad about using a placeholder character for the paddle. I just learned that Microsoft's new ai button on their keyboards actually don't have their own button mapped in the software. Pushing the button tells the pc to react as if the Windows key + shift + F24 are being pressed at the same time and that runs a program. See, they still have their software set to acknowledge functionality that doesn't even exist on keyboards anymore 😂 F keys only go to 12 now

We had a project in uni where everyone had to create their own interpreted language and IDE. I created a c# like language too. Except it was possible to compare multiple values in a row and declare variables at the same time (pattern matching wasn't introduced to c# yet). I also created a language compiler where I inputted a language structure in xml form and it created the language for me (only LL1 languages are supported). Took a lot of time but was fun and helped me understand why the languages work the way they are.
