Hello Henrik! Thank you for informative videos. I read that ChIP seq can be used to understand how a histone modification affects the accessibility of the DNA. As DNA is wrapped around histone proteins, I thought it might be harder to separate DNA and histones than the example in the video. Is this the case? And if so, what kind of strategies are commonly used to reverse the crosslinking of DNA and histones in this case? Thank you so much for your wonderfl videos once again. good video but if we use primer with T7 overhang, isn't the transcription visualisation wrong ? should there be nothing under and beyond the overhang ? if it's a overhang, how is it in the middle of the DNA ?
