The story doesn't give enough for the viewer to make a conclusion. It shows glimpses of evidence that it could have been Patz, Jacob or Derek. Interesting story line and plot twists, but the ending doesn't want the viewer to know who the killer was. It seems the point of the movie is that all of the main characters are flawed, dishonest and in some way capable of the worst. Pretty bleak and dark take on the human condition.

The ending was a pure symbolic of a karma 😢 A horrific karma which she repeatedly digged upon herself. This reminds me a bit of Anna Karenina 😞😭
