Is it safe to do leg straps at 4 weeks pregnant?

Yes it is definitely safe, unless your doctor has specifically told you otherwise. When you hit 20 weeks doctors suggest not laying flat on your back for more than 5 minutes, but if you get a pilates wedge to keep yourself at a slight incline you can do feet in straps until you deliver or it’s just uncomfortable to get on and off the reformer. I still did them until I was 38 weeks with the Pilates Wedge

my favorite class! I have been doing it twice a week & I even go heavier + heavy dumbbells and I finish drenched! can you please make a 60 or 75 minute jumboard and lower body glute focused workout! incorporating lots of side lateral and unilateral lounges + thrusts and tower kickbacks
