This is a great session for people of all levels of fitness, and it's perfect for beginners who want to start Pilates. So get ready to feel the burn, and go for a workout like you've never had before! If you have a pilates springboard wall or cadillac you can do this workout since it is similar set up and springs. This workout uses the roll down bar to strengthen the back and tricep and we are also using the arm springs for the chest and biceps. This is a great workout if you are short on time, only want to work the upper body, or after a lower body focus worked. This is a pregnant friendly workout as I am 27 weeks pregnant while filming.
