More tips: You can find coconuts on palm trees around lakes and rivers, crack them open with a knife, axe, or machete and you can drink the liquids, then you can harvest them and eat the flesh of the coconut, from there you can leave them out in open spaces to collect clean drinking water, which is a viable source because of how often it rains. There are structures around the map you can use as shelter, which often have some form of bedding. This is important because if you sleep on the jungle floor you are guaranteed to get worms which will slowly kill you and drive you insane. Fish bones can be used to extract the worms from your body. If you have a spear you can go spear fishing in lakes and rivers for bass, piranhas, and angel fish. Piranhas will bite you if you don't kill them quick enough. Also after being in any medium body of water make sure to check for leeches.

Pro-Tip, you can dig pits to place workbenches and the like under the floor so that you'll have access to the ability to build and place items without having to have a work bench in the way. You can use stone floors if you build support beams to hold it up. I recommend placing an upgraded workbench under the steps to the dock or something so you can repair ships passing by.

One room I tend to build is the archers room for crafting arrows.

It is good to see that when you made the storage base you put the hatch on top, in far too many videos they make a base with a single X compartment but put the hatch on the side thus losing quite a bit of storage space. I find that a single X compartment is more than enough for a fabber, battery and power cell charger, eight wall lockers, a coffee machine, and two plant pots for food (start with peppers, then move to melons when you get access to them).

Hello, the trophy of hunting all the animals as it is, do you have to kill them and put them in the form of an exhibition in the same game? I also killed a lumberjack, Virginia the fat man and a baby, I put them as a trophy and he didn't tell me

For treehouse, dig a good size pit (or use a copper excavation), then build a grid of raised earth pillars and plant a pine tree at the top of each. After a couple of game days, you will have pine trees on which you can build your treehouse. And they are safe, because even if a mob spawns in the pit, they cannot damage the raised earth pillars. But my favorite base is to take over a smallish Meadow island, spawn proof it and go to town. My current game starts with this. It was a pain to gather the resources to make a raft to get to a mainland with Black Forest, but once that was done and I got a portal network in place, I became untouchable.
