There’s MULTIPLE occurrences of worlds glued together there: Salt Snow Holy City in the Sea of Quanta was, basically through wishes, forcefully merged with its Underworld (the name of which I don’t remember, unfortunately), which had been created the same way, which caused quite a lot of chaos. There’s also the part 2 storyline on Mars (at the same time, in the Sea of Quanta? I think? I probably missed something at some point.) with SEVEN NAILS keeping Oxia and the other one (why can’t I remember the names of the second worlds??) in place so that the Shadow monsters don’t escape from world 2 into Oxia. Maybe Teyvat is in the Sea of Quanta, forced in place by an outside or inside force (in the case of these 2, Sa forced Salt Snow’s chaos and nails kept Oxia in check).
