Maybe Part 3 should have been about when London Overground took over the Lea Valley Lines and Romford-Upminster line in 2015. And the extension of the Gospel Oak-Barking line to Barking Riverside with the electrification as well.

I have been on the London Overground so many times before and I find it so frequent, easy and lot better than Silverlink Metro.
