Is it just me or do the drums in Iambic 9 Poetry sound particularly good in this version?

If an already neurotic robot savante created & ingested digital LSD and went fully insane- like cyber catatonic, then its Lysergic thoughts would sound like THIS.

These compositions linger in sometimes very uncomfortable territories. Its a long deep listen. It had a profound effect on me when I first heard it. Almost like a symphony. Extraordinary. Still just as effective.

My old man loved the jazz fusion of the 70s, weather report etc, esp legendary drummer, Billy Cobham. I saw him live in Adelaide WOAMD. He was in his 70s, but he did a full drum solo set for 1 hr just on his own stage. This reminds me of that era. I can remember hearing jazz fusion in my mum's womb. These guys are every bit as tight, but with crazy drum and bass percussion style and speed muxed in. Love it ❤️
