Decluttering is super stressful! I think a lot of us avoid it for this reason. It requires so much mental energy and focus, and as an autistic person, i find that extra difficult. More power to you! Well done for getting through the hard part!

Thank you for validating what I felt! It is for sure. I can imagine it is even more intense with autism. 🫶

You could tailor the drop-crotch trousers to give them a more classic line, either yourself or with a professional tailor (bring in a pair that has proportions you like in that area for them to use as a reference). Technical note on the video: I was very interested in what you were saying but the music was often mixed in too loud for me to hear you well. I’m not sure the music is even needed, but if so a quieter background wouldn’t compete with your words. Thanks! p.s. Yes to all the video ideas you mention (:

I love remakes! But I feel I love the pants because of the low crotch - so I don’t wanna change anything with them. Thanks for the feedback about the music, I’ll try to adjust the level.

I loved it ! Winter is a very reflexive season and for clothes too, because you seek for confort and practicality but in a very good way, I think. Sometimes when I try to understand why I love the way my friends dress, especially those who are not trendy but always looks cute, well put and cool at the same time, what I realize is that they look like characters in a movie, not trying to impress anyone or be over the top but fitting to their character and mind, and this is now my new guide to feel good in my fit or when I am searching items in thrifts shops have a good winter, I hope that your feel calmer now thanks to your decluttering :)

this is just for rich people, that liquor glass you showed a single one costs 215euros. luxury under the name of sustainability.
@AlejandraCerdaАй бұрын
I have a few different thoughts on this topic. My first thought is that we have become used to buying things at way too low prices, and the low prices exist because the production line is unethical. The second thought is that luxurious objects (whatever that means) and expensive objects can be produced ethically, but they don't have to. The third thought I have is that sustainability doesn't mean cheap, accessible or that it's going to be something everyone can afford. Those are different things. But my main point is that we don't need to own everything we want or find beautiful, and that those who can should choose independent designers who produce ethically.

Does filtering the water not make it taste less chalky? Filtering and carbonation definitely helps me to drink more tap water. I just have one of those filter jugs, plus I recently bought a carbonator made in Finland (I think) of recycled wood composite and am very happy with it. I thought about Aarke but couldn't justify the price.

I have actually not tried filtering the tap water, I've just ignored it :) But it might be worth it to try!

@@AlejandraCerda perhaps just borrow one of those jug filters from a friend and see if it improves the water. Our water here in Berlin tastes ok but it is incredibly hard and ruins tea kettles!

Alejandra, I love the shade of blue you created. It goes so well with the shade of white on the walls. I've never used linseed oil paint. It seemed to go on so smoothly and I don't see any brush marks. Is that a feature with linseed oil paint? I also like the chair and the new cushions. Loved the music and the fact that you were listening to a podcast on our coming election here in the U.S. I used too just be present with whatever I was working on at the time, but now I to listen to political podcast while working.
@AlejandraCerdaАй бұрын
Thank you! It did leave some brush marks but not too much and I feel it blended in very nicely. I was afraid it would be a lot of brush marks. Oh yea!
